SUPPORT LITERACY THIS VALENTINE’S DAY — SHOP AMAZON SMILE!
Illiteracy is a crisis in our country. Millions of American adults and children do not know how to read. But now there is a solution…and you can help!
A SOLUTION FROM THE CREATIVE EDUCATION INSTITUTE
The
Creative Education Institute (CEI) is the non-profit partner of North Coast Education Services. The mission of the Creative Education Institute is to improve literacy through improved literacy. Every summer, CEI operates the Academic Fun & Fitness Camp for children with learning disabilities.
A LITERACY GAME-CHANGER
Currently, the Creative Education Institute is hard at work raising money for a huge project. CEI is transforming the award-winning
Richards Learning Systems® multi-sensory reading curriculum into a series of short episodic videos. The videos will teach children how to read and train the teachers in the reading program at the same time. The Cleveland Metropolitan School District has already committed 27 K-2 classrooms to the program.
