Science Tutors For Ohio Students From Cleveland To Canton.
Science is a diverse and complex subject and a part of a school district’s main curriculum. From elementary science through high school courses, North Coast Education Services works with students one-on-one to help them best understand their work. All Ohio students must complete a biological science, physical science and a third science course in order to graduate. See the Ohio Department of Education website for exceptions.
In a science classroom, teachers spend much time focusing on formulas and elements. We take it a step further. We walk our students through reading for comprehension and help them learn how to effectively review their notes. We help the student determine if their difficulty is related to the math concepts in science, test-taking skills, or science concepts not understood in their textbook.

Richards Learning Systems ® has been proven to be extremely effective for individuals with learning disabilities and other students who struggle to learn. Richards Learning Systems ® is designed for basic language arts skills including: word reading (decoding and fluency), spelling, writing (sentence, paragraph and 5-paragraph essay construction), fiction comprehension (literature) and non-fiction comprehension (textbooks).
